⭐️.

There's something I'd like you to do for me, when you have the chance.

Now would be great, in fact.

Are you alone?

Good.

Close the door. Turn off the lights. Go and sit by the window. Take a look down the street. Oh, I'd love to be out there on my porch with my little fire going when you do this, but it's ever so cold these nights… so just look down the street… Know that while we can't see each other, I'm there… thinking of you.

Then look at my car. Can you see it in the dark?

Imagine you're in it, sitting in the passenger seat. Sitting parked in your driveway, just the two of us. You look at me. I look at you…

But instead of hopping out to grab your spare key… imagine… I reach my hand out…

Lift your left hand to the side of your neck. Close your eyes as you move it gently… tenderly… to cup your right cheek. Turn your head into it, savoring the touch…

Open your mouth as your fingers pass your lips, letting your index finger drag against your lower lip as you draw your hand down to eventually rest on your sternum.

Eyes still closed, slide your hand to the right, finding a nipple with your fingers. Trace its outline through your shirt, before cupping your breast in your hand… my hand… in the front seat of my car, parked in your driveway, five years ago…

Feel its shape, its contour. Know that it is beautiful. Know that the hand exploring it loves you, loves every sensation, every perfect curve. Know that my hand does, too.

Now… take your hand, if you can pry it from that perfect breast, and slide it down… down… across your belly… down… and down… under the fabric of your flannel pajamas (I assume… it is so cold these nights…) and down…

Until my hand… your hand finds that beautiful orchid…

You know your body best (for the time being…), so for what's next I'll defer to your judgement. But, love, do not make it too quick. Savor it. Take your time.

And when you finally do draw close, just before finally slipping yourself past that edge…

Say the words:

“I love you, ♒️.”

Let my name cross your lips just as the first spasm racks through your body.

Then say it again.

And again.

Until your body and heart finally still.

Then look out your window, look down the street, and say it one more time as you glance at my house, imagining me there, listening for you…

Before finally going to bed, and drifting off to sleep, dreaming of my arms wrapped around you.

Goodnight, my love.

You did well.

…but do you still need to run in and grab that spare key?
